2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change. Here’s our cancellation policy:
More than 30 days before tour: Full refund
15–30 days before tour: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before tour: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety risks, or low bookings). In such cases, you will receive a full refund, or you may opt for an alternate tour or travel date.
3. Tour Prices & Inclusions

Prices include accommodations, local transport, tour activities, guides, and meals as specified in the itinerary.
Prices do not include international flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, or optional activities not listed.

We are not responsible for injury, illness, delays, loss, or damage that occurs during your trip, except where it results from proven negligence on our part.

5. Health & Fitness
Participants must be in good health and physically able to complete the selected tour activities.
We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone who, in our judgment, may be unfit for the tour.
6. Travel Documents & Visa
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, visa, and any required entry permits.
We may offer visa guidance but cannot guarantee visa approval or entry permissions.
